Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use JobWay’s website, web application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
JobWay provides tools for managing clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, deposits, payments, schedules, documents and business reports. JobWay is not an accounting, tax, legal or financial advisory service. Unless a separate payment feature is expressly offered, payment information recorded in JobWay is for business tracking purposes and does not itself transfer money.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business information.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- You may only create and use one free trial per individual or organisation unless JobWay agrees otherwise.
3. Free trial
Each eligible new account starts with one 28-day Premium trial. No payment card is required to start. During the trial, Premium features are available so you can test the complete workflow.
The trial does not automatically charge you. When it ends, you must choose and purchase an available Basic or Premium subscription to continue using paid features. If you do not purchase a plan, access may be restricted, but your account data will remain subject to our retention and deletion practices.
4. Plans, billing and renewals
JobWay offers Basic and Premium subscriptions on monthly and annual billing cycles. The current features, usage limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Basic includes the core jobs, clients, quotes, invoices and payment-tracking workflow with the limits shown on the pricing page. Premium includes higher or unlimited usage and additional productivity, financial and reporting features.
We may change plans, features or prices for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before a change affects an existing paid subscription.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the business information and content you enter into JobWay. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, tax details, payment records and other documents you create. You must have the right to upload and use any customer, employee, image, logo or document data added to the Service.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to break the law, harm others, send unlawful or misleading material, interfere with the Service, bypass usage or security controls, access another user’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape the Service at scale, or resell the Service without permission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep JobWay available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, fix defects, change features or discontinue parts of the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions or changes.
9. Intellectual property
JobWay’s software, branding, designs, documentation and other service materials are owned by JobWay or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
10. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobWay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by inaccurate information entered by a user. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid JobWay in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to unlawful conduct, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. You may stop using JobWay and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
